Leaves of Hope Shawl
This pattern is inspired by nature. I love all the trees and flowers and bushes out there - I get sad when I see the consequences of the drought in summer and I hope for every tree and every bush and every flower that they survive the summer. That’s why this shawl is called “Leaves of Hope”.
The pattern is for experienced knitters.
The shawl consists of 5 squares, 2 triangles, the bigger body triangle and the lower edging (schematic diagram!).
You start with the 5 squares and sew them together, the 2 triangles are next and are also sewn to the squares. The next step is the lower edging and finally the last part is the body triangle.
Additionally there is a colour change in the body triangle using the Intarsia method.
Very small beads are also used.
And most stitches are worked as twisted stitches.

Original Yarn:
Lang Yarns Cashmere Lace, 5 balls in main colour, 1 ball in another colour (for Intarsia section).
If you do not want to work the colour change you will need 6 balls in your favourite main colour!
Additional material:
circular needles, 60 cm and at least 80 cm, 3 mm
double-pointed needles, 3 mm
double-pointed needle, 3,5 mm
stitch markers in different colours, stitch holders, 1 or 2 cable needles, tapestry needle, sewing needle and thread
Rocailles, 2.6 mm in diameter, 16 g
