My first complete, written pattern so bear with me for possible errors!

This pattern is based on an old shawl my grandmother made for my mom in the early 60’s. It has been ruined since, but I tried to mimic the pattern and remade it for my mother in the 90’s. Here it is, after a couple of modifications.

The bobbles and yarn overs remind me of the snow lanterns we use to make when I was a child.

Use light fingering wool yarn. I think angora or even silk blend might work as well.

The pattern is written, there are no diagrams in the pattern.

EDIT Feb. 11th: An error in the pattern has been corrected.
