Fits a ladies small, medium, and large, as well as a men’s small and medium. The pattern also offers suggestions on how to make them for a men’s large.

GAUGE SWATCH:

I dunno, man, I don’t do them. Don’t knit tightly and stick with the gauge as per the yarn labels.

This pattern is for knitting the mittens on DPNs AS WELL AS straight needles, for those who hate the DPNs. This is an intermediate pattern.

Skills required:
Must know how to do fair isle knitting (as well as Mattress Stitch for those working on straight needles), and other basic knitting techniques (K, P, K2Tog, P2Tog, KFBF, etc.).

You will need:

1 skein of Caron Simply Soft green of your choice (I used the dark sage)
1 skein of Caron Simply Soft off white
1 set of 5 DPNS, 4mm
1 set of straight needles, 4mm
1 darning needle
2 stitch markers
1 stitch holder or scrap of yarn (I always use the tail of the off white yarn)
