The Lido Cardi is my perfect, super simple, everyday cardigan. The body is knitted flat from the top down and the sleeves are knitted in the round. A rib detail is then added to finish the body, cuffs and neckline.

The Lido Cardi is designed to have approximately 10–12 inches (25.5–30.5 cm) of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be 10–12 inches (25.5–30.5 cm) larger in circumference than your bust measurement. So if your bust measures 34 inches / 86.5 cm, knit a size S which will give a finished circumference of 44.5 inches / 113 cm.

Suggested needles
4 mm (US 6) circular needles with 40–cm (16–inch) and 60–cm/80–cm (24– or 32–inch) cables. Two x 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles with 60–cm (24–inch) or longer cable for the rib

Suggested yarn: DK–weight yarn that matches the gauge
Pattern uses Merino DK by La Bien Aimée (100% superwash merino, 115 g = 230 meters) in colours Hegelia and Winterfell
