This pattern represents a true life’s path to me. Sometimes your road may be smooth and your path will be clear. Other times it is bumpy and uncertain like the purl bumps in the sock. When you are experiencing those uncertain moments you can always turn them around (just like this sock) and find your way back to clarity. Just know that both paths are beautiful and both have their purpose. Our knitting gives us time to meditate and reflect on our life and ourselves and hopefully you can use your time knitting these beautiful socks to bring more clarity, peace, and direction to your life. I have found that taking that time during my knitting brings back that happiness as I am wearing my pieces and I hope it brings the same to you!
