Lilly’s Sweater is knitted top down, starting with the back yoke which is worked back and forth (while shaping shoulders and back neck with short rows), after that sts are picked up across the shoulders to form the front yoke, then the collar and the front bands are knitted, both yokes are then joined together to work the rest of the sweater’s body in the round. Sts for the sleeves are then picked up, sleeve cap is shaped with short rows and then continued in the round.

The sweater has approx. 14-16 cm / 5.5-6.3 inches of intended positive ease at the bust area. The sizes 6-12m (12-18m, 18-24m, 2-3y, 3-4y) are designed to fit a chest circumference of 45.5 (48, 50.5, 54, 56) cm / 17.9 (18.9, 19.9, 21.2, 22) inches.
