Limina
With Limina, the designer Inese Sang leaned into the feeling of the autumnal city and urban settings, keeping the design and mood within clean lines, subdued textures and eye-catching elements, that blend well with effortless street style. The Latin word “limina” is plural of “limen” — a word describing the threshold below which a feeling cannot be distinguished, ultimately making it the smallest & faintest trace of a feeling you can notice or perceive.

This symmetrical triangular shawl is knit flat, starting with a Garter Tab Cast-On, and has increases on every row. The accelerated increase rate of 4 increases on RS rows and 2 increases on WS rows creates the shawl’s wide, shallow shape.
