The LISBETH BONNET pattern is an easy, knit-one-purl-one pattern. No brioche stitches, just ribbing. It´s a fast knit with worsted- weight wool yarn, perfect for a last-minute knitted gift. I added a strand of mohair-silk yarn in a matching color - so the fabric becomes even more squishy and cozy.
I love the seamless transition from ribbed body to crown, which is a fun part of the pattern too. LISBETH BONNET is worked up quickly, you start with the body in rows, ending up in rounds to shape the significant crown.
Wear the LISBETH BONNET for impenetrable warmth and for a hip accessory.
Use neutral colors, tonal/ solid or variegated / gradient. The pattern is so addictive, I could not resist to knit a few hats in one go!
Pattern is worked from the bottom up to the crown. Directions are given for one size, by changing needle size and gauge you can change final dimensions too.
