A mini hat to celebrate Cinco De Mayo.

The sombrero is knitted flat and seamed. A simple mosaic pattern adds flair to the top. Additional stripes or variegated yarn might add a little more pizzazz to the brim. A contrasting bind off (as in sombrero number 2) will add a final festive flourish!!!!

Use as a party favor, to display place cards, attach to a headband, or as a head piece for a finger puppet???? You decide!!
