LITTLE TULIPS CARDIGAN AND SWEATER

Thank you so much for your interest in the Little Tulips sweater! It is a pattern for both a sweater and a cardigan with a lovely cute lace pattern, and absolutely enjoyable to knit.
The cardigan features a beautifully soft double knitted button band. For the sweater, there are two versions: one with a steeked neckline, and one with the upper part worked back and forth. There are charts for the lace, which is worked on RS only.

The Little Tulips is designed with a positive ease of ca. 2-3cm / 1’ around the bust and is then knitted straight down. If you prefer a looser fitting garment, you can easily go up one size.

Little Tulips is knitted seamlessly in the round, starting at the top.

Short rows are used to higher the back neck line, there is a chart to get them worked in pattern. Stitches for the front are picked up from the cast on row, which will function as the shoulder seam. The sleeves are incorporated into the pattern from the start and are worked in stockinette stitch. Once set up, they are as easy as a raglan construction.
