This scarf is in a lace-based ribbing. A simple lace pattern that has only one row and on the wrong side the stitches are worked as they appear.

Gauge is not critical, be sure you obtain the fabric you like

You can make your scarf wider, shorter etc. After blocking, the fabric grows in length 30-40 cm, so take it into consideration.

I recommend using fingering weight yarn (alternatively, mohair 25 g/200-250 m).
