Named for the dragon-horse in Chinese mythology, this shawl’s lace stitch edging is evocative of dragon scales and horseshoes. Don’t be deceived by the complex appearance of this stitch pattern — it’s a fairly simple lace that is easily memorized and rhythmic to work. Use a single mini skein pack of our fingering weight yarn to create this shawl that is ample enough to wrap up into an elegant hood or drape across your shoulders.

Using one Mini-skein Pack of Wonderland Yarns Cheshire Cat light fingering, simply change colors as you reach the end of each mini skein.

Yarn: Wonderland Yarns “Cheshire Cat” fingering weight, 100% superwash merino, 640 yds, 5 oz: 1 mini skein pack of 5, 1 oz skeins. Shown in “Long, Tall Tale”
