The stitches in this wrap reminded me of both clouds and stars, so I named the pattern after the sky. Neither stitch is difficult, and they are both charted, and written out line by line. The wrap works up fairly quickly as it is knit using sport weight (or heavy fingering weight) yarn, on a size #6 needle, and makes an ideal accessory for spring through fall.

There are instructions contained within the pattern for the optional crocheted edging.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a good working knowledge of both knitting, purling, and lace knitting.)

The yarn used in the sample is Lorna’s Shepherd Sport yarn, undyed.
