This is a pattern to make a baby-friendly lovey cloth that resembles a cat, with a circular body. Since this pattern is for a toy, size does not really matter.

For this pattern you will need:
3 different colours of yarn (less than a skein of each)+ some scraps of blue and green yarn.
Filling for the head.
2.25 mm (US 1) and 2.75 mm (US 2) needles.
A darning needle.

The pattern is made in several pieces which are sewn together, some of which are worked flat and others in the round. All of them can be cast off before starting a new piece, so you will not need multiple sets of needles of the same size.
