The Lumia Top is a light, classic and minimal tank top featuring a wide neckline both front and back, the front one being deeper and the back one being more shallow. It also features folded hems around the neckline, armholes and at the bottom of the body.
It is made with a unique top-down shaping construction, which combines different techniques to create the straps and upper panels.
This design is typically for the warmer season, although since it’s worked with a very light weight yarn it could also be used to create a top used as an underlayer for the colder season, with wool or similar fibers.

Techniques:
long-tail cast-on, knitting flat, knitting in the round, german short rows, increasing, backwards loop cast-on, picking up stitches, sewing hems with tapestry needle, bind off.
