This is a fitted cardigan with a beautiful back cable repeat that gracefully roams along. The neckline cable climbs up the front edge of the side panels and then extends around the back of the neck complete an elegant collar. This cardigan is perfect for a fall day or evening out and about.

This cardigan is designed to be knitted flat in pieces and then seamed together. The designs for the cables are both written and charted. The back of neck cabled is joined with a three needle bind off.

The yarn I used is Baah Shasta- but any worsted weight yarn with good stitch definition will do. My other personal favorite is Madelinetosh Vintage. Baah is easiest to find online at thelovinashop.com
This would work with Sweet Georgia Yarns Superwash Worsted as well or Dream in Color Classy. Or for a more budget friendly choice Plymouth Yarn Encore or Berrocco Vintage.
