I’m a knitter, crocheter, spinner and idle time sewer. Occasionally I tat and embroider. I also have a basic understanding of weaving, nothing crazy just basic.

I’ve been knitting for over ten years now and have decided to start writing my own patterns. I want to design patterns that I would love to wear myself!

I love texture in knitting and I get inspiration from architecture and nature which often walk hand in hand. I like to reproduce this beauty and color in my designs. I enjoy art from the impressionist era in France and love to see the colors those artists found in nature reproduced in fiber. I work weekends at The Knitting Garden in Huntington on Long Island. Many of my designs can be found on display in the store
