ABOUT

The Maisie cardigan is a vintage-inspired cabled cardigan. It’s worked top down in a modified raglan construction where the yoke and body are worked flat and the sleeves are worked in the round.

This pattern is charted and does not have written instructions for the charts. This pattern is best suited for intermediate knitters that are comfortable reading and managing multiple charts at once.

Model is wearing a size 2 in both the yellow and burgundy samples.

SIZING

The Maisie cardigan is designed to be worn with approximately 6-8 in / 15-20 cm of positive  ease, meaning the circumference of the cardigan when buttoned is approximately 6-8 in / 15-20 cm larger than your bust when fully buttoned.

(1380, 1425, 1515) 1600, 1750, 1875200, 2310, 2425) yards (1262, 1303, 1385) 1463, 1600, 1715012, 2112, 2217) meters of a sport weight yarn or equivalent yarns held together

The yellow sample shown was knit in a size 2 and used one strand of KnitPicks Palette held together with Drops Kid Silk Mohair. The burgandy sample was knit with Woolyknit Merino Wool 4ply held double.
