Great for using up yarn leftover from other projects. The finished hat measures 20” around, 8” from brim to crown and should comfortably fit heads 21”-23”. Use any wool fingering weight yarn that achieves the 30.5 stitches and 24 rows per 4” gauge.
You will need between 3 and 7 colors of Knitpicks Palette yarn. Suggestions are made for color variations. This hat’s square shape eliminates the need for decreasing in pattern and uses a 3 needle bind-off at the top.
