DETAILS
Inspired by a well-loved summer staple from Mango that had seen better days, this tee was born out of a desire to recreate that perfect, effortless shape in knit form. Rather than search for a store-bought replacement, I realized the easy silhouette was just asking to be reimagined with yarn.

The Mango Sweater & Tee DK is a boxy, drop-sleeve top designed with plenty of positive ease through the body for a relaxed, elegant fit. Fitted sleeves provide a subtle contrast, adding just the right amount of structure and visual interest to balance the silhouette.

This pattern is also a blank canvas for creativity—knit it in bold stripes, keep it classic and plain, or add your own stitch embellishments. It’s a simple, versatile piece that invites you to make it your own.

Designed to be worn with 6–10” / 15–25 cm of positive ease, the Mango Tee is an easy-to-style knit you’ll want to reach for all year long.

GAUGE
• 20 sts x 24 rows in stockinette on US 7/4.5mm needles for 4” or 10 cm.
• Please do focus only on the stitch gauge, the row gauge is not important as measurements indicated versus rows.

FIT & SIZE
• To fit your bust measurements with 6 to 10” or 15 to 25 cm of positive ease. 40 (44, 48, 52,
56, 60, 64, 68)” or 101.5 (111.5, 121.5, 131.5, 141.5, 151.5, 161.5, 171.5) cm for finished bust measurement of garment.
• Sample knit in a size 3 on a 38” or 95 cm bust.
• An alternate way to measure for a drop sleeve top is to take the measurement from the ½ way spot on one upper arm, across your back to the same spot on the other side. That will give you the perfect fit for this type of construction.
