So here we are, March, how fast did February go. Anyway after a start of the year with colour I thought a textured sock in just the one colour would be a good one to move onto. Using a seersucker pattern it’s super easy to follow.

Difficulty

Knitting from the top down with a heel flap and ending with a round toe these are based on my basic sock pattern so are

super easy to follow. Written in three circumference sizes just follow Small (S), Medium (M) or Large (L) throughout the pattern.

Materials needed

4ply sock yarn, 65g / 260m / 285 yards (which is sufficient for a UK size 7 medium circumference, so if you are knitting shorter or longer you will need to adjust a little your yarn weight)

Needles: 2.5mm double pointed needles

Three moveable stitch markers, sewing up needle for grafting and scissors

Circumference sizes

Small - 19 cm / 7.5 inches - 56 sts

Medium - 21.5 cm / 8.5 inches - 64 sts

Large - 24.5 cm / 9.5 inches - 72 sts
