March square - YEAR
March is an 11-inch crochet square pattern, worked in the round from the center out. The structure is based on a repeating lace motif with clearly defined stitches, making it suitable for smooth, non-fluffy yarns such as cotton, linen, or wool-acrylic blends.
The pattern can be used as a modular motif in decorative projects such as home decor, dreamcatchers, framed pieces, or light summer garments made from motifs. When worked in fine silk or cotton yarn, it can be part of lacewear or accessories. The open structure creates a light, airy effect that showcases the geometry of the stitchwork.
Instructions include guidance for size customization – the square can be extended indefinitely by continuing the established pattern logic.
This design is part of the Year collection – a set of 12 crochet square patterns, one for each month, with unified construction and format.
