Marelle is an asymmetrical triangular shawl, knitted top-down on the bias.

It has an interesting colorplay, created using different techniques. The “big” color changes are worked in the intarsia technique, the “small” color changes are worked stranded. If you’re not familiar with these techniques - don’t worry, they’re not difficult at all! There is an explanation of both of them in the pattern.

This shawl is designed for men, too! Just have a look at the project list, there are some great color combinations there.

Yardage requirements are 3 balls of Knit Picks Palette in color A (grey on the sample) and 1.5 balls of Knit Picks Palette in color B (violet on the sample).

Pattern has been test knitted and tech edited.
