Mariee is a top down sock based on a Sock Architecture from Cat Bordhi’s New Pathways for Sock Knitters. Cables develop throughout the arch expansion.

You should not need the book knit these socks, but it’s a great book and well worth purchasing anyway.

The pattern is charted throughout. It is suitable for anyone who can read charts and knit cables.

400 yards of sock yarn should be sufficient for most sizes. If you have a wide or long foot, you may wish to purchase additional yarn.

To make a larger or smaller sock, adjust gauge.
