Meant to resemble those cartoon turtles that are pizza eating, sewer ninjas. Sock is worked in modular construction starting with the mask band worked flat, then stitches are picked up on either side for the cuff and sock. The foot is worked in a slipped stitch down to a rounded toe. Due to the nature of the stitches the band will flare out until worn, then it will lay flat (on appropriate size calf). Stitches are later picked up on the back of leg for mask ties. Add buttons or beads for eyes if desired.
Work in regular sock yarn or any fingering weight yarn.
