A beautiful pattern for a matinee jacket and hat sized from newborn to 12 months. More suited to a baby girl because of the style of the hat and the “fussy” skirt of the Matinee Jacket.
Quite a difficult shell pattern which would need some experience.

Gauge:
1 pattern (21 sts) to 9cm (3.5”) over garter stitch on 4mm (US6) needles.

Sizes: to fit chest / actual measurements
0-3 mo (chest size 16”/41cm) / (17.75”/45cm)
3-6 mo (chest size 18”/46cm) / (20”/51cm)
6-12 mo (chest size 20”/51cm) / (22”/56cm)

Yarn Requirements: DK weight, 50g balls
Cardigan: 3 (3, 4) balls
Hat: 1 ball all sizes
