These worsted-weight fingerless mitts are designed to be knitted cuff-up with thumb stitches held to waste yarn, picked up and knitted last.

The design features a stretchy cast-on, ribbing, latvian braid, leaf-lace medallion, and other lace filler, with ribbed upper cuff and thumb.

Beads are optional in the design. If you want to use them you will need 42 beads with at least a 1mm center hole, and dental floss to apply them to the stitches.

Pattern is charted but you will want to follow written directions for at least the thumb gusset.

Pattern suitable for an intermediate knitter or a brave beginner.
