A big Grazie to Michela LaMicky for translating this pattern into Italian!
Et un grand merci à Patricia patamodeler pour la traduction en Français!

Inspired by Art-Nouveau Artist Margaret Macdonald and her etherial figures, sinuous lines, organic compositions and attention to intricate details as a gentle interplay between geometric and natural motifs.

This top-down seamless Pullover features a curved twisted ribbing from top to bottom, a flattering tulip shaped and slightly cropped body with romantic sleeves that have both an elegant asymmetric bell-shaped lower section and a delicate motif, to continue the main textural element of the jumper.
The side panels, with horizontal textured stripes, slope toward the centre in a continuous, diagonal line that flows into the split hem of this tulip shaped garment. Short-rows added to the back create a hemline that is lower, but still keeps the front high enough for a flattering fit.

There are notes in each section that explain how to work any adaptions of the pattern for width and length, to adjust according to ones gauge and personal preference. The grey sample in the pictures has been worked in a cotton yarn with a larger gauge than the one noted in the pattern and it has been modified for length, by following the extensive tips noted in the pattern itself.
Please note that the stitch pattern motif used in the sleeve section is only charted and not written out in text.
