I’m thrilled to partner with Botanical Yarn for their Advent 2023 knitting pattern! Mayfair Cowl is a playful design inspired by the cobbled sidewalks and winding streets of Mayfair, London. This cowl also features one of my absolute favorite stitch patterns - Old Shale. I knew this stitch design would be the perfect way to represent the streets and sidewalks of London. Even better, it perfectly highlights the beautiful fading yarn of this year’s Advent. The easily memorized stitch patterns and portability of the project make for ideal knitting this holiday season. Despite the simplicity, this project is big on texture, and the fading colors keep it interesting. I hope knitting Mayfair Cowl brings you all comfort and joy this holiday season!
