Inspired by a sweater Megan Draper wears during Season 5 of Mad Men, this tunic pays homage to the subtle texture and simplicity of the 1960’s while presenting a great canvas for Malabrigo’s gorgeous, hand dyed yarns. Worked in one piece from the bottom up and seamed down the sides, this sweater works up in a snap; the stockinette portions can even be worked on a knitting machine, if you have one handy! The A-line shape is flattering to a wide variety of body types, and negative ease around the bust area ensures a sexy silhouette without sacrificing a bit of comfort. Want to turn it into a minidress? Tips on modifying are included in the pattern.
