When downloading this pattern individually it is separated from the extra info detailing the Texture Pattern, which appears in the directions for the Mercury Hall Pullover:

Texture Pattern
This stitch pattern uses two colors - MC and CC. The MC is purled and the floats are always carried in the front. The CC is knitted and the floats are always carried in the back. It is important to work this pattern loosely - if it’s too tight it will draw in and distort the fabric.

Round 1: *P1 with MC, K1 with CC, rep from * to EOR.
Round 2: *K1 with CC, P1 with CC, rep from * to EOR.
Work Round 1 once more.
At the transition between Round 1 and Round 2 there will be a purl float to the front which crosses 2 sts.
