This dice bag is designed to look like a mermaid tail for those who want something magical and colorful to bring to the D&D group!

The size of the bag generally depends on weight of yarn used and hook size used. This bag CAN be created using any size yarn or hook, however, this pattern was designed using worsted weight (medium - 4) yarn and a 4mm hook. Initial test bag came out to the following measurements: 9” from tail tip to bottom, 5” in diameter for body of bag, 7.5” wide from tail tip to tail tip (3.5mm hook was used initially, bags using this pattern’s recommended yarn and hook will be slightly larger than these measurements).

This pattern is written using US crochet terms.

For this pattern you require:

• Worsted Weight Yarn (Medium - 4)
• 4 mm (G) hook
• Tapestry needle
