This shrug is perfect for adding just a touch of warmth to your sleeveless tops on a cool summer evening. Try making it in your favorite acrylic or cotton.

The pattern is very basic and it could easily be adjusted to fit an adult or a child simply by adding or subtracting stitches from the starting chain.

The pattern directions are written for an adult small.

Blue shrug was worked in Caron Spa with an L hook for the body and an I hook for the edge. The gauge for the body in this fiber and hook size was also 14.0 sts/16 rows = 4 inches (due to the stretch of the fiber).

Crochet tension and fiber may effect the outcome. Please consider this prior to starting the project.
