Level 2-Advanced (angle stitches)
Bring the warmth and magic of the holiday season to your home with this Merry Christmas Mosaic Crochet Table Runner Pattern. Designed with traditional holiday motifs and rich texture, this pattern uses the mosaic crochet technique to spell out “Merry Christmas” in bold, beautiful style—perfect for your holiday table or as a thoughtful handmade gift!

This mosaic crochet pattern is an advanced skill level and is recommended for crocheters with experience in mosaic overlay crochet. Detailed instructions, photos, and video tutorials will guide you through each step of the project. With a little bit of patience and practice, you’ll be a pro in no time!

If you are new to angle stitches, I highly recommend trying them first with this free Heart Mug Rug pattern. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/heart-mug-rug-2 This small 7”x 7” project is a great introduction to my angle notation system and includes my full stitch key.

Written for Mosaic Overlay Crochet, this pattern includes:

• Photo tutorials
• Video tutorials for each type of stitch used in the pattern

This pattern is divided into 2 sections (7 pages each) and is worked from the bottom up. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions for the charts if you prefer to print out your pages. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together. I have also included a full chart on one page for those who wish to use Knit Companion (or similar technology) without all the page breaks.

Special thanks to Susan Morgan and Grace Strain for testing this pattern.
