Michelle Top
A free version is also available.
The pattern is no longer free - thank you for celebrating the release with me!
The Michelle Top is a feminine top with a simple design and subtle romantic features. It features straps with two cords, while the body of the top is worked in stockinette with two rows of eyelets along the top. The top is finished with an i-cord along the top and bottom as well as the picot crochet edging. Two strands of yarn are held together throughout the entire piece, giving it a durable fit, while four strands are held together for the straps and one strand is used for the picot trim.
The top has a recommended neutral ease or negative ease of 0-5 cm. The straps are added on at the end, which means you can personalize the length of not only the straps, but also of the top itself, giving a great custom fit. If you find yourself between sizes, I recommend going down a size. The top itself should rest just by the waist before the picot edging is added.
