Whenever my 200 mL (6.7 oz) Micro Hydro Flask, comes in contact with hard surfaces, there is a loud clanking sound, so I decided to knit a cover to stop it. So far, the patterns I found for water bottle covers, cozies, and carriers are designed only for regular or large water bottles that are at least 16 oz. I tried to adapt some of them for my tiny steel water bottle but they didn’t work out, so I came up with my own pattern.

This pattern can be adapted for smaller or larger water bottles or different sizes of needles and yarn weight. You can also knit in more than one color and add special designs.
