Mid Mod Poncho
This lightweight poncho is knit flat back and forth into two rectangles,
joined together with a 3 needle bind off, and the neckline is finished with
an I-cord bind off. It can be worn horizontally creating a boatneck,
vertically creating a v-neck style, or on a diagonal creating an
asymmetrical look with points front and back. Pattern is in two sizes; A is
smaller, and B is bigger.
Designed for the Mid-Century Modern PK Yarn Advent 2025, The advent
minis they are arranged in a gradient and numbered from 1-24 in order
of the fade. The sample in the photos was knit with the 10g set. Colors 1-
12 for the first panel in number order, and colors 13-24 for the second
panel in reverse order with the cast on using color 24, so that they join at
the neckline to complete the fade. As each color is finished just add the
next yarn and continue.
Pattern is also suitable for using full skeins, scraps, or stash yarn.
