If you love texture, this pattern is for you! Designed as a shallow triangle shape, this shawl works perfectly wrapped as a scarf or draped over your shoulders. Instructions are included for two sizes, as well as custom instructions that can be used with any yarn and any gauge!

Pattern is written in US crochet terms.

Yarn: Worsted/Aran weight, approximately 550 yards (small) or 1090 yards (large). I used Sirdar Jewelspun for my small shawl (green), and Berroco Comfort (burgundy) for my large size. You can also follow the custom instructions to use any yarn and yardage. Note: Testers yardage for both sizes varied widely. The estimates given reflect the highest yardages used by testers.

Hook: 5.5mm. Or, if using custom instructions, hook to match yarn chosen.

Finished size: Small: about 19” deep by 61” wide. Large: about 25” deep by 81” wide. Or, choose a custom size! Size given is without blocking.

Gauge: 13 dc by 7 rows in pattern = 4”. First 3 rows should measure 2” deep by 5” wide. Gauge given is before blocking.

Blocking will increase the finished dimensions. How much change will occur depends on fiber and blocking method.
