This pattern was inspired by my yarnie bestie, Julia of @jmbranaum2021, as part of my Feels Like Home Collection. The Feels Like Home Collection is inspired by the people and places that just feel like home. Home isn’t just the house you grew up in. Home is the place you feel comfortable, the place you always want to come back to. Your favorite people feel like home, too, no matter how long it’s been since you’ve talked or visited. This collection is inspired by all of those feelings, people, and places that you love the most.

This pattern is my most beginner friendly design yet! It comes with two stitch versions - Classic (simple, just double crochets!) and Bold (adds some puff stitches for fun texture!), as well as two edging options! The pattern also includes a full photo tutorial for both stitch patterns and both edgings. Please note - if you plan to print your pattern, I recommend using the “Printer Friendly” version which eliminates extra photos and the nearly 50 page photo tutorial.

The pattern is written to be made with any yarn weight, at any gauge. Testers used yarn weights from lace to super bulky. It can also be worked to any size! All of the testers’ finished shawl details are included in the full version of the pattern.
