In interior Alaska, during the summer solstice the sun never really sets, but rather sinks low in the horizon before quickly rising again. This perpetual daylight is referred to as the “midnight sun”, and fills the sky with gorgeous sunset colors. This form-fitting, top-down sweater, inspired in color by the midnight sun, features a wide boatneck. While multiple colors are carried throughout the sweater, no colorwork experience is needed because only one color is worked with at a time!
