Designed in a boomerang shape this scarf has a minimal garter stitch design with cute butterfly stitches on two of the three edges (not the one that sits around the neck). As the butterflies are worked on both sides of the scarf, they can always be seen regardless of how the scarf is worn.

Like all minimal knits | DESIGNED scarves, MK#31 drapes beautifully, can be worn in all sorts of ways, and is quick to knit because the pattern uses needles larger than is standard for the yarn.

The pictured scarf was made from a 100g skein of A Little Bit Sheepish 4ply sock yarn in the colour Apollo and measures 78 cm / 30¾ inches, by 112 cm / 44 inches, by 166 cm / 65½ inches without blocking.
