This seamless child’s pullover is made top down with integrated neck and button bands, and when the knitting is finished all we have to do is weave in the ends and sew on the buttons.

There are no complicated stitches or patterns to remember, just three easy rows to make a complicated looking slipped stripe to decorate the neck, hem and cuff bands, and a garter button placket along the side of the front section. We also do some easy short rows to lift the back neck of the pullover higher than the front of the neck band and to create the curved hi-lo hem.

The pictured pullover was made using Mayflower Easy Care 8ply/DK 100% wool in the colour Rose

Skill Level Easy… even though it might include a technique you haven’t used before, the pattern contains simple, straightforward instructions and notes on where to look for more information.
