DESCRIPTION
The Bene cape is a quick and engaging project with a simple construction and a bold, textured stitch pattern. In white, it makes a beautiful finishing layer for a bridal outfit. But beyond special occasions, switch up the styling, and the cape becomes an elegant complement to your everyday looks.

SIZES
This cape is designed in one universal size that fits standard women’s sizes S–L. The finished measurements (folded and ready to wear) are approximately 93 cm (36½″) in length and 40 cm (15¾″) in height.

CONSTRUCTION
The cape is worked sideways, with an opening at the center for the neckline. It begins with a long-tail cast-on and is worked flat in a single piece using the main stitch pattern.

At the neckline, stitches are divided into two sections, which are worked separately and then rejoined. Knitting continues in one piece. The neckline is finished with single crochet for a clean, flexible edge. Finally, the cape is folded in half and seamed along the sides, creating arm openings.
