Cozy warm sweater knit from the top down, neck ribbing finished last.
The pattern is based on an Icelandic moth (mölur) and is the fourth of my butterfly sweaters designed in 2020 (the others are Flutterby Satyr and Swallowtail).
Ístex plötulopi (unspun wool) and silk mohair held together, creating a soft woolen texture.
The pattern is designed with positive ease of ca 15-20cm.
Stranded colourwork on yoke, otherwise solid stockinette and 2x2 ribbing.
