YARN
The Farmer’s Daughter Soka’pii (100% MT & WY Rambouillet 248 yards/227 meters per 50 g skein, light fingering) or any light fingering or fingering weight yarn. Yardage for either yarn weight is provided below. Soka’pii is a subtle thick and thin single ply that is amazingly soft and cloudlike. MC colorway is Paul Newman, CC1 is Flower Point and CC2 is Natural. For more drape, a sock yarn or single ply merino is recommended. Choose yarns with plenty of contrast.
YARDAGE
The yardage below is broken into fingering or light fingering. Follow the yardage for the yarn weight you plan to use. Please note that while row gauge may be difficult to achieve with fingering weight, there is some leeway built into the yoke depth of the pattern.
Please Note: CC2 is optional and can be worked with MC, or as some testers did, with beads.
