The Mono_Boxy Cardigan is a boxy, slightly cropped cardigan with dropped shoulders. Its simple silhouette makes it versatile to pair with dresses, skirts, or trousers. It’s perfect as a lightweight layer for warm summer evenings or for layering on cooler days. The pattern is worked seamlessly from the top down, with a relaxed fit and clean details. Ribbed edges and subtle textures make this a timeless staple for any wardrobe.

SIZE GUIDE
The Mono_Boxy Cardigan is designed to be worn oversized, with approximately 36 cm of positive ease in sizes XXS–XL and about 27 cm in sizes 2XL–5XL.
For reference: a person with a 90 cm bust circumference will wear size M, which gives an oversized fit with about 37 cm of positive ease.

If you want to use a different yarn, be sure to match the gauge exactly. It’s best to choose a yarn that meets the gauge and produces a slightly tighter, denser stitch pattern. I advise against using alpaca, as the finished piece shouldn’t be too soft or drapey.

(The yardage calculation already includes the gauge swatch.)
