This pattern was inspired by my favorite coffee mug. No kidding! I love everything that has anything to do with monsters, and if you do too, you should definitely check out the creations by Sheila Rayyan over at MotherSpoon on Etsy. Here’s a link to her shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/MotherSpoon.

I love monsters, but I hate seaming sweaters together, so this pattern is worked in the round from the bottom up. Sleeves are worked in the round and then joined to the body, and it finishes up with simple raglan shaping.

I wrote this pattern for a single size. You can adjust the yarn weight and/or needle size to adapt the pattern as written for a larger or smaller sweater.
