PRETTY IN LOVE SHAWL (crochet pattern).

The Pretty in Love Shawl is a beautiful crochet rectangular shawl. This shawl has a beautiful textured combination of stitches that is very easy to create. The finished size size is 64 inches long x 16 inches.

Beginner friendly. Basic stitches.
No wrong side - this shawl is very similar on both sides.
DK #3 yarn and a 8mm crochet hook.

REQUIRED YARN:
This shawl requires 820 yards of DK weight yarn.
You can use ANY DK weight #3 yarn to make this beautiful shawl. I provide detailed information about yarn amounts in the pattern, including detailed numbers of yards, grams, and balls/skeins of yarn required.
You can alternatively use two strands of any fingering/sock weight yarn as an alternative.
I also provide a detailed list of many yarns that work perfectly to make this shawl, plus specific number of skeins required for each yarn brand mentioned. All yarn amounts and alternatives are provided in detail in the pattern.

REQUIRED TOOLS:
A 8mm crochet hook.
The Clover Amour 6mm crochet hook is perfect.
A sewing/darning/tapestry needle large enough for the yarn to sew in the ends.

SKILL: Easy +
I have written this pattern to be easy for a beginner with knowledge of basic stitches to follow. Pattern requires knowledge of only chain, single crochet, and double crochet.

This rectangle shawl is a gorgeous everyday item (I love to wear it wrapped around my shoulders sitting working at my computer for example). It is also a wonderful and cozy shawl to be worn for the office, out for the evening, a special event, or a wedding. It can be made for a bride, bridesmaids, or a special guest.

I encourage you to experiment with many yarns and colors to make this beautiful shawl.

Thanks so much for shopping my patterns!

Warmest wishes,
Jennifer,
