The color of this yarn reminded me of dark stormy clouds just before they rupture and spill rain onto the nearby mountains. During heavy rains and stormy weather, I sit wrapped up and cozy by a window listening to the precipitation tapping on the windows. I just love how the light passes through the drops as they slide down the glass. I hope that this hat keeps you warm during dark and stormy days. This hat is a fingering weight, folded double brimmed hat that is slightly slouchy at the crown. It has one lace panel to bring beauty to the moodiest of days.
