This pattern is for a small sleeping moon, bee and rainbow snail keychain. The pattern also includes printable gift tag templates making these items perfect teacher thank you presents!
The pattern includes lots of photos to help you every step of the way. It is written in English, using American crochet terms.

You will need:

Yarn of your choice. Yarn weight doesn’t really matter - the size of your keychains will simply turn out
bigger or smaller! I used Patons Smoothie DK weight yarn with a 3.5mm hook and my keychains are the following sizes:

Moon: 7cm long
Bee: 6cm long
Snail: 7cm long

You will need the following colours:

Moon - Pale yellow (approx. 11.5m),
Blue (approx. 4m),
White (approx. 1.5m),
Dark yellow (approx. 1.5m).

Snail - Beige (approx. 10m),
Purple (approx. 1.5m),
Blue (approx. 1.5m),
Green (approx. 2m).
Yellow (approx. 2m).
Orange (approx. 2.5m).
Red (approx. 4m).

Bee - Dark yellow (approx. 8.5m),
Black (approx. 5.5m),
White (approx. 1.5m),

Please note = The amount of yarn used will vary according to yarn weight, hook size and stitch tension so these measurements are only a rough guide.

You will also need:

A suitable size hook for the yarn you have chosen - I used a 3.5mm hook.

A small amount of toy stuffing.

Black & pale pink finer yarn or embroidery thread for adding the eyes / facial details.

A pair of 6mm safety eyes for the bee (or these can be embroidered if preferred).

3 Keychains - I use lobster clasps but you can attach any style of keychain.

Other tools you will need are some scissors, a needle and a stitch marker.

If you are using the template labels, you will also need some thick paper or thin card and a hole punch.

You are welcome to sell the items that you make using this pattern, but please do not sell / share the pattern itself. Feel free to contact me with any questions as I am more than happy to help. Thank you.
